Information we use
Depending on how you use the platform, this can include your name, email address, account identifiers, authentication events, question and mock-exam attempts, selected answers, flags, bookmarks, feedback, access level and technical security information.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide the learning service, save progress, show performance information, review feedback, prevent misuse, fix faults and meet legal obligations. The lawful basis will normally be performance of the service contract, legitimate interests in running and protecting the service, or legal obligation where applicable.
Service providers
Account and database services are provided using Supabase, and application hosting is provided using Vercel. These providers process data for the operation and security of the service under their respective contractual arrangements.
Retention
Account, learning and feedback data is kept only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve reports and disputes, and meet legal obligations. A final retention schedule will be published before paid access opens.
Your rights
Subject to applicable UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to certain use, and receive portable data. Contact support@orerevision.com to make a privacy request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
We will update this notice when data use, providers or product features materially change and will show the latest revision date.
